GrandCare touchscreen users can now participate in Zoom meetings. Here’s how.

• Create a Zoom meeting and copy the meeting link
• Log into GCManage and create a calendar event for the Account participant
• Paste the zoom link in the space provided for one
• Choose to have a popup reminder. (The button to join can only be seen in the reminder.)
• Save the calendar invite.

When the reminder for the calendar event pops up, it will have a button labeled “Start Meeting.”
