This discussion will center on aging in place technologies and the future of the digital home. We’ll explore how the use of smartphones, tablets and other mobile, connected technologies can play a central role in enabling the patient centered medical home, improve quality of life, enhance peace of mind, and ultimately create the framework for independent living and patient self-management.
