Monica held prior management positions with market leaders Edwards Lifesciences, Breg/Orthofix, SCIMED/Boston Scientific, American Medical Systems, and was a principal in a leading sales distributorship for DePuy Orthopaedic which was acquired by Johnson&Johnson. Monica speaks functional Spanish and German, and holds a B.A. from Boston University, an Executive Finance Certificate from the Wharton School of Business, and is pursuing a combined masters degree program in Gerontology and Business Administration.
